The Hotel brings together modern, spacious yet cosy installations, featuring a standout element that sets it aside: in its interior, the original cistern of the historical San Telmo Aqueduct, visible through a glass curtain in an inner courtyard, blending heritage and contemporary architecture in the same space.

In its initial phase (summer 2026), the hotel will feature 62 fully fitted bedrooms, adapted to different room typologies, for those intended for business trips, city breaks or family holidays, including spacious and adjoining linked options. Furthermore, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, thereby ensuring connectivity and comfort.

Amongst its main services, worthy of special mention are the restaurant and cafeteria, a meeting room measuring 70m² perfect for corporate events, with in-house parking, gym and a charming rooftop with swimming pool, solarium and cafeteria, the standout choice for relaxing while enjoying Malaga’s renowned climate.

The Zenit Hotel boasts its own private parking facility with spacious places and direct access to our reception, featuring individual chargers for electric vehicles plus direct access to meeting rooms. Something of a rarity for a city centre-based hotel.
